Where a member has expressly enabled automatic renewal, it may be disabled before the next renewal date.<\/p>\n<p>Disabling automatic renewal does not affect access during the current paid membership period and does not ordinarily result in a refund for that period.<\/p>\n<p>If you experience a duplicate charge, billing error or a technical issue attributable to SkyStar that prevents access to the membership service and cannot reasonably be resolved, please contact us for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Further information regarding membership access, renewal and expiry is available in <a href=\"http:\/\/skystar-hk.com\/index.php\/subscription-policy\/\">our Membership Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Premium Research and Other Digital Purchases<\/h2>\n<p>Due to the digital nature of our research products, purchases of Premium Research and other separately purchased digital content are generally non-refundable once the product has been made available for access through My Library, download or another applicable delivery method.<\/p>\n<p>A refund or other appropriate remedy may be considered where:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a duplicate charge has occurred;<\/li>\n<li>the wrong product was supplied;<\/li>\n<li>the purchased product materially differs from the product identified at the time of purchase;<\/li>\n<li>a technical issue attributable to SkyStar prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved; or<\/li>\n<li>a refund is required under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A change of mind after digital content has been delivered will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Before Digital Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Where a separately purchased digital product has not yet been made available or delivered, you may contact us to request cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>Whether cancellation is possible will depend on the status and nature of the order.<\/p>\n<h2>Custom Research<\/h2>\n<p>Custom Research and other bespoke services are governed by the payment, cancellation and termination provisions contained in the relevant proposal, engagement letter, statement of work or other agreement.<\/p>\n<p>This Refund Policy does not override those engagement-specific terms.<\/p>\n<h2>Processing Approved Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably practicable.<\/p>\n<p>Processing times may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.<\/p>\n<h2>Contact<\/h2>\n<p>For refund or billing enquiries, please contact us through <a href=\"http:\/\/skystar-hk.com\/index.php\/contact-us\/\">our Contact Us page<\/a> and provide sufficient information to identify the relevant account or transaction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Refund Policy applies to memberships and digital research products purchased from SKYSTAR ADVISORY LIMITED (&ldquo;SkyStar&rdquo;).
