This Membership Policy applies to SkyStar memberships provided by SKYSTAR ADVISORY LIMITED, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
SkyStar offers monthly, six-month and annual membership plans.<\/p>\n
The applicable membership period, price and benefits are displayed on the Membership page at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n
During an active membership, members may access and read the Member Research library, including Member Research published before the beginning of their current continuous membership period.<\/p>\n
Access to the Member Research library requires an active membership and will pause when the membership expires.<\/p>\n
For the purpose of determining PDF download eligibility, a continuous membership period begins when a membership becomes active and continues for as long as membership remains active without interruption.<\/p>\n
Renewing or moving into a new billing period without interruption does not reset the continuous membership period.<\/p>\n
If membership expires or otherwise becomes inactive and the member later rejoins, a new continuous membership period begins from the date the new membership becomes active.<\/p>\n
Member Research published during a member’s continuous active membership period is available for online reading and PDF download.<\/p>\n
Member Research published before the beginning of that continuous membership period is available for online reading during an active membership but is not normally available for PDF download.<\/p>\n
PDF download rights acquired during a continuous membership period do not reset when an uninterrupted membership renews or moves into a new billing period.<\/p>\n
Where a member previously acquired PDF download rights during an earlier active membership period, those rights remain associated with the member’s account and become available again when the member subsequently holds an active membership.<\/p>\n
Premium Research is not included in standard Member Research access and must be purchased separately.<\/p>\n
Members may receive discounts on Premium Research according to their membership plan. The applicable pricing or discount will be displayed on the Membership page or at the relevant point of purchase.<\/p>\n
Premium Research purchased separately is added to My Library and remains associated with the purchaser’s account independently of subsequent membership status, subject to the applicable terms of use.<\/p>\n
Certain membership plans may allow members to provide Research Preferences regarding markets, technologies or research topics of interest.<\/p>\n
Research Preferences help SkyStar understand member interests and may inform our overall research coverage and editorial priorities.<\/p>\n
Research Preferences do not constitute a Custom Research request and do not create an obligation for SkyStar to publish research on a particular topic, within a particular timeframe or in any particular form.<\/p>\n
Specific research requirements should be addressed through our Custom Research service.<\/p>\n
SkyStar determines research topics and publication timing based on research priorities, market developments and editorial judgment.<\/p>\n
Any indication of expected publication frequency is provided for general information only and does not constitute a commitment to publish a particular number of reports during any membership period.<\/p>\n
The composition, coverage and availability of the Member Research library may change over time.<\/p>\n
SkyStar memberships do not automatically renew by default.<\/p>\n
Where the option is available, members may affirmatively enable automatic renewal when purchasing or managing a membership.<\/p>\n
If automatic renewal is enabled, the membership will renew for the applicable membership period using the available payment method unless automatic renewal is disabled before the next renewal date.<\/p>\n
Disabling automatic renewal does not affect access during the current paid membership period.<\/p>\n
A membership remains active until the end of its applicable paid membership period unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n
If automatic renewal is not enabled, the membership will expire at the end of that period without further charge.<\/p>\n
If automatic renewal is enabled, the member may disable it before the next renewal date.<\/p>\n
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disabling automatic renewal does not result in a refund for the current paid membership period.<\/p>\n
Refunds are otherwise governed by our Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n Membership provides a limited right to access and use eligible SkyStar research content. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.<\/p>\n Member Research and purchased Premium Research may not be resold, publicly posted, systematically copied, scraped, redistributed or otherwise made available to unauthorized persons except as expressly permitted by SkyStar, applicable licence terms or applicable law.<\/p>\n Further conditions regarding use of SkyStar content are set out in our Terms of Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n SkyStar may change the structure, pricing, benefits or features of membership plans from time to time.<\/p>\n Changes will not retrospectively shorten a paid membership period or remove content access or download rights already acquired under that membership, except where reasonably necessary for legal, security or technical reasons.<\/p>\n Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.<\/p>\nUse of Membership Content<\/h2>\n
